Rabat: The State of Qatar, represented by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), participated in the 73rd meeting of the Executive Council of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization, which took place on Tuesday in Rabat, the Kingdom of Morocco. The Qatari delegation was led by Mohamed bin Faleh Al Hajri, who is In Charge of Managing QCAA.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on several key issues concerning aviation safety and security, the development of air transport within Arab countries, and strategies to enhance cooperation among member states. Al Hajri, during his remarks, emphasized Qatar's unwavering commitment to supporting and promoting joint Arab efforts in the field of civil aviation.
Al Hajri advocated for increased cooperation and policy coordination among member states, underscoring the significance of exchanging expertise to foster safety and security initiatives. He also highlighted the necessity of building human capacity, embracing innovation and digital transformation, and upgrading infrastructure and air navigation systems to advance the sector.
