The general index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Sunday at 10,953.92 points, up by 59.330 points, or 0.540 percent.
During today’s session, 196,875,389 shares were traded, with a value of QR 390,708,380.037, as a result of the implementation of 11,962 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 23 companies rose in the session, and the prices of 22 other companies decreased, while five companies maintained their previous closing prices.
The market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 642,754,701,028.890 compared to QR 639,344,108,461.740, in the previous session.
