Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc MP, Mohammad Raad, on Friday affirmed that efforts were underway en route to a mutual understanding over a consensual presidential formula.
Speaking during a Central Ashura Council held by Hezbollah in Tyre, the lawmaker expressed hope that said efforts would lead some individuals to reconsider their obstructive decisions, which fail to consider the long-term benefits for the Lebanese nation and people.
“We cleave to our position, yet we are ready to convince others of what our conviction must be for the benefit of our country, which includes all of us, and for their interest before ours,’ Raad added.
