Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, today welcomed 17 graduates from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah (HCT-Ras Al Khaimah) who achieved honours in various specialisations, at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah congratulated the graduates for their achievements and praised their academic performance, which he said reflects their commitment and determination. He affirmed that the UAE’s people are fundamental to the nation’s development and future, highlighting the country’s focus on investing in human capital.
He emphasised that education plays a crucial role in nation-building and noted that the academic success of Emirati youth aligns with the UAE’s vision of empowering young individuals with necessary knowledge and skills. He commended HCT for supporting applied and vocational education, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship, and preparing graduates to meet labour market demands and contribute to innovation-driven progress.
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr urged the graduates to continue their pursuit of learning and skill development to contribute to the nation. He highlighted that dedication to work and education are essential for ongoing success and building a brighter future.
The graduates, in turn, expressed their gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi for his unwavering support and encouragement throughout their educational journey.
