During this year’s Hajj season, the Tawakkalna app provides services in Arabic, English, Filipino, Indonesian, Bangladeshi, Urdu, and Hindi, ensuring that all pilgrims can fully benefit from its features, regardless of their language. Furthermore, the Tawakkalna app, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, allows users to view their dig
ital Hajj card (Nusuk). It also facilitates entry permits to the Holy Sites for vehicles and individuals working in Hajj through the “My Cards” feature on the “My Information” page and issuance of Umrah permits for users holding Hajj permits during the Hajj season via the Rituals portal. Additionally, it provides “help me” services, a distress call feature, and displays the volunteer card for volunteers in collaboration with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.

SDAIA’s efforts during this year’s Hajj aim to enhance capabilities related to data and futuristic technologies, with a particular focus on promoting continuous innovation in artificial intelligence. These advances are utilized to serve various sectors in the country, particularly those related to serving pilgrims.
