Security Patrols Arrest 2 People for Attempting to Sell 237 Kg of Khat Drug in Jazan

Security patrols in the Jazan region have arrested two citizens over attempting to sell 237 kilograms of the Khat drug hidden in a vehicle that one of them was driving in Al-Dayer governorate.

Legal measures have been taken as the two citizens were arrested and referred to the competent authority.

Security authorities urge all citizens and residents across the Kingdom to report any information related to drug smuggling and trafficking promptly.

In case of suspicious activities, individuals can contact the authorities by dialling 911 from Makkah, Riyadh, the Eastern Regions, or 999 from other regions.

Additionally, informants can reach out to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control by calling 995 or sending an email to 995@gdnc.gov.sa.

All received reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
