Abu dhabi: SEHA CLINICS, a subsidiary of PureHealth, has been recognised by the Arab Hospitals Federation with six awards at the sixth edition of the Star of Excellence in Patient Experience on 17th September.
According to Emirates News Agency, SEHA CLINICS received the Platinum Award for Safety and Quality of Care, and the Gold Awards in the following categories: Patient-Centred Care and Community Engagement; Continuity of Care and Transition Management; Leadership, Governance, Policy and Culture; and Accessibility.
Dr. Khadija Al Marashda, Chief Executive Officer of SEHA CLINICS, expressed pride in the organisation's culture that prioritizes leadership informed by patient insights and community needs, aiming to enhance the wellbeing of all Abu Dhabi residents.
Alice Yammine Boueiz, CEO of the Arab Hospitals Federation, highlighted SEHA CLINICS' achievements as evidence of the central role patient experience plays in transforming healthcare in the region. She noted that Abu Dhabi's healthcare sector serves as a pioneering model and reference for other Arab countries in developing advanced health systems centered on patient care.
