SG of Mauritanian Scholars Association Praises King Salman Quran and Sunnah Competition as a Beacon for West Africa

Secretary General of the Association of Mauritanian Scholars Sheikh Ould Saleh lauded the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Competition for Memorizing the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, held in Nouakchott, as a beacon for West Africa and a great honor for the region.

Sheikh Ould Saleh emphasized the significance of this initiative, recognizing it as a testament to Saudi Arabia’s continuous efforts to serve Islam and Muslims while promoting the values of the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet, peace be upon him. He expressed profound gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the initiative, which holds deep meaning for the Mauritanian people, who are known for their strong religious traditions and scholarship.
