Sharjah Ruler Appoints New Leaders to Judicial Positions.


Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued a series of administrative decisions appointing key individuals to significant judicial roles within the Emirate of Sharjah.

According to Emirates News Agency, the appointments include Judge Dr. Muhammad Obaid Al Kaabi as Chairman of Sharjah Court, while Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla has been named as Chairman of the Court of Cassation. Judge Dr. Omar Obaid Al Ghoul will take on the role of Chairman of the Primary Courts. Additionally, Judge Abdulrahman Sultan bin Taliah has been appointed as Chairman of the Appellate Courts in the Emirate.

The administrative decisions also name Judge Dr. Salama Rashid Salem Tamim Al Ketbi as Chairperson of the Judicial Inspection Department in Sharjah. Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi has been designated as the Attorney General and Chairman of the Public Prosecution in Sharjah. Furthermore, Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Mualla will serve as the Se
cretary-General of Sharjah Court.
