Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has directed the approval of 400 new jobs within government entities in the emirate to be filled following the Eid Al Adha holiday.

According to Emirates News Agency, priority for these positions will be given to university degree holders who have previously been qualified and trained through government human resources programmes. His Highness also sanctioned the implementation plan for the Sharjah Programme to Qualify and Train Job Seekers. This program is scheduled to run from July 1 to December 31, 2025, with an allocated budget of AED 55.8 million.

The initiative is designed to improve employment opportunities and bolster national competencies, reflecting the ongoing commitment to developing the local workforce.
