Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree approving the general organisational structure of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR).

According to Emirates News Agency, the decree mandates the approval of the SDHR's organisational framework within the Emirate of Sharjah. The Sharjah Executive Council is tasked with issuing decisions to further detail the department's structure, including job descriptions aligned with the competencies of its organisational units. The council is also responsible for the establishment, merger, or abolition of any units under the departments encompassed by the general organisational structure.
