Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, hosted Sarah bint Yousif Al Amiri, Minister of Education, at the Al-Badi' Palace on Wednesday morning.

According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting began with an exchange of Ramadan greetings, with His Highness offering prayers for continued blessings of health and prosperity for the UAE and the broader Arab and Islamic communities during this sacred month. The Ruler of Sharjah took the opportunity to delve into the ministry's strategic plans and programmes aimed at the advancement and continuous development of education. He commended the ministry's dedication to equipping students with a progressive learning experience, preparing them for future challenges, and underscored the importance of initiatives that reinforce Arab and Islamic values and identity.

The dialogue also encompassed educational strategies designed to boost students' scientific achievements by integrating top-tier global, regional, and local teaching methodologies. The meeting further assessed the results of performance evaluation programmes, which underscored the exceptional standards of private schools in Sharjah, attributing this success to the guidance and support of His Highness.

Sarah Al Amiri expressed her appreciation to the Ruler of Sharjah for his support, acknowledging the emirate's significant contributions to education and its pioneering role in scientific and cultural initiatives.
