Sultan bin Zayed International Endurance Ride Set to Commence in Abu Dhabi

Abu dhabi: The Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed International Endurance Festival is set to resume on Sunday at the Butheeb International Endurance Village in Al Khatm, Abu Dhabi, marked by the commencement of the Sultan bin Zayed International Endurance Cup. According to Emirates News Agency, the organizing committee announced that the 160-kilometre endurance ride, classified as a two-star international event, will take place over two days, spanning Sunday and Monday. During this period, riders will cover a distance of 80 kilometres each day. Concurrently, the international youth and juniors endurance ride, a one-star event, will also begin on Sunday, challenging participants over a 100-kilometre course. The committee confirmed the completion of all technical preparations. Veterinary inspections for the participating horses took place on Saturday, ensuring the readiness of final entries ahead of the early-morning start of the race on Sunday at the village tracks.
