Saudi Arabia’s Tawakkalna app, developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), has been named the top government platform in the Kingdom’s Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2024.
The app scored 91.29% across 20 evaluation criteria, including user satisfaction, experience, complaint handling, and digital technology integration.
According to a SDAIA press release issued yesterday, the app’s success is attributed to the support of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and SDAIA Board of Directors Chairman.
Tawakkalna aligns with Vision 2030 focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
With over 1.2 billion messages sent, 10 million card reviews, and 650 million digital wallet reviews, the app has become a cornerstone of daily life for citizens, residents, and visitors. It offers more than 315 services in seven languages to over 32 million users in the Kingdom, and it can be accessed in 77 cou
ntries.
Tawakkalna prioritizes user privacy and security, adhering to international standards. The app has received numerous awards, including the United Nations Public Service Award.
Key features include the Manasik Gate for pilgrims, emergency services, and religious services. The app is available for free download on App Store, Google Store, AppGallery, and Galaxy Store.
