Abu dhabi: The UAE Accountability Authority (UAEAA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Morocco's National Authority for Integrity, Prevention and Combating of Bribery. This significant agreement emphasizes the UAE's dedication to fostering international collaboration and maintaining principles of good governance and integrity.
According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was formalized at the UAEAA's headquarters in Abu Dhabi. It was signed by Humaid Obaid Abushibs, President of UAEAA, and Mohamed Benallilou, President of Morocco's National Authority for Integrity, Prevention and Combating of Bribery. This agreement demonstrates a mutual commitment from both parties to strengthen institutional collaboration and share expertise and best practices in combating corruption and protecting public funds.
The agreement is in line with the UAE's strategic initiative to develop international partnerships that aid global anti-corruption efforts.
