Abu dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a message of congratulations to President Nikenike Vurobaravu of the Republic of Vanuatu on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.

According to Emirates News Agency, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also sent similar messages to President Vurobaravu. In addition, they extended their congratulations to Prime Minister Jotham Napat.

The messages from the UAE leaders reflect the ongoing diplomatic relations and goodwill between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Vanuatu. Both countries have historically exchanged diplomatic gestures during significant national occasions.
