According to Emirates News Agency, the Nasdaq Composite saw a decrease of 1.40%, closing at 25,520.24. This marked a significant drop from the previous session. Additionally, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 0.77%, ending the day at 52,146.39. The S and P 500 was not spared, as it also declined by 1.05%, settling at 7,454.74.
