WETEX 2026 Dedicates Platform to Showcase Latest Water Innovations, Future Solutions

Dubai: The Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) will host a dedicated Water Platform from 20th to 22nd October 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This initiative will gather leading organizations, companies, experts, and specialists globally to present the latest innovations, technologies, and smart solutions in the water sector.

According to Emirates News Agency, the Water Platform, located in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3, will create an interactive space for exchanging expertise and insights. Attendees will discuss the future of water resource management and showcase advanced solutions aimed at developing efficient, resilient, and future-ready water systems.

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, and Founder and Chairman of WETEX, emphasized the importance of water security as a critical component of sustainable development. He highlighted the need for advanced technologies and innovative solutions to address challenges related to population growth, urban expansion, and climate change. Al Tayer noted that the Water Platform offers a venue for global knowledge exchange and strengthens cooperation between public and private sectors.

For over 28 years, WETEX has been a global platform uniting decision-makers, investors, developers, research centers, and technology providers. The dedicated Water Platform emphasizes the strategic importance of the sector in achieving water security and supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, Al Tayer added.

The Water Platform will allow specialized organizations and companies to present their latest products, technologies, and services to thousands of WETEX visitors, including specialists, decision-makers, and investors. This initiative aims to foster new opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and solution development to meet the current and future needs of the water sector.

The exhibition program will include water seminars throughout the three-day event, held daily from 11:00 am to 2:50 pm in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3. These seminars will feature leading experts discussing the latest developments, technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the sustainability and operational efficiency of the water sector.
