World Governments Summit 2025 Names Dubai Chambers as Featured Partner


Dubai: The World Governments Summit has designated Dubai Chambers as a Featured Partner for the upcoming World Governments Summit 2025, scheduled to take place in Dubai from 11-13 February. The summit will be held under the theme ‘Shaping Future Governments’.



According to Emirates News Agency, the event will gather global thought leaders, experts, and decision-makers to enhance international cooperation, devise effective solutions to global challenges, and shape policies critical for future governance. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, will engage in a discussion focused on the drivers of economic growth and ways to strengthen partnerships with the global business community.



Al Mansoori will also lead a special roundtable session on family businesses, featuring government officials and over 50 prominent leaders and executives from top global family businesses. This session will address corporate governance, leadership transitions, and the role of family businesses in job creation and economic growth.



Al Mansoori remarked on the commitment to fortify international cooperation for advancing shared economic and development goals by forming strategic partnerships with global stakeholders. He emphasized the importance of the private sector in driving societal progress alongside the public sector to create innovative solutions for a better future and develop pioneering business models that align with global transformations.

He added that the World Governments Summit reflects the UAE’s forward-looking vision, which centers people in development efforts and empowers governments and institutions to adopt innovation and creativity for comprehensive and sustainable progress. This year’s World Governments Summit anticipates record international participation, with over 30 heads of state and government, 140 government delegations, and more than 80 international and regional organizations. The summit will host 21 global forums exploring major global trends across more than 200 sessions. Over 300 speakers, including presidents, ministers, thought leaders, and decision-makers, will participate, and more than 30 roundtables and ministerial meetings will convene over 400 ministers. Additionally, the summit will publish 30 strategic reports in collaboration with international knowledge partners.
