Dubai: Brand Dubai has successfully wrapped up the sixth season of its #DubaiDestinations summer campaign, which was initially launched in 2021 by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council. The campaign ran from 7th July to 31st August 2026, showcasing a wide array of destinations, events, and experiences that positioned Dubai as a premier summer destination with a plethora of family-friendly adventure, entertainment, and sporting options.
According to Emirates News Agency, the campaign has played a pivotal role in highlighting the emirate's vast array of year-round experiences, cementing its status as a preferred place to live, work, and visit. The initiative achieved notable success in expanding its digital footprint, amassing around 30 million views online and surpassing 1 million in engagement metrics. Data from the campaign also revealed that over 1,100 pieces of content were published through nearly 400 content creators accounts as part of the Dubai Destinations network, underscoring the campaign's extensive reach and high level of digital engagement.
This year's summer campaign placed a strong emphasis on showcasing the diverse experiences available in Dubai during the summer months. These included indoor entertainment venues, family-friendly locations, parks, waterside attractions, sports activities, and specialized camps and programs for children. The sixth season saw significant participation from content creators and influencers, who utilized their creative talents to present Dubai's summer offerings from various perspectives.
The distribution of content across digital platforms, media outlets, and numerous channels further amplified the campaign's reach. The campaign's spokesperson noted that throughout the season, the focus was on delivering practical and interactive content that fueled strong demand for Dubai's diverse summer experiences. This was achieved through exclusive digital guides and visual content created with leading content creators and influencers. In addition to digital content, Brand Dubai published a series of bilingual interactive guides as part of the sixth season.
