Latifa bint Mohammed Inaugurates 7th Edition of Dubai Watch Week

Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Arts and Culture Authority, recently inaugurated the seventh edition of Dubai Watch Week, an event held under her patronage. This edition commemorates the 10th anniversary of the event, known for its role in cultural exchange, networking, and community engagement.

According to Emirates News Agency, Dubai Watch Week 2025, scheduled from 19 to 23 November at Dubai Mall and Burj Park, showcases more than 90 watch brands and includes global launches, events, and activations. H.H. Sheikha Latifa highlighted the significance of the event, stating, "Over the past decade, Dubai Watch Week has played a significant role in cementing Dubai's position as a destination for experts and pioneers in the watchmaking industry."

Hind Seddiqi, CEO of Dubai Watch Week, expressed appreciation for H.H. Sheikha Latifa's support, noting its importance in the platform's evolution. With over 23,000 guests in 2023, the event returns with a programme featuring new formats and global moments with leading brands. This year's Collectors Lounge celebrates Ahmed Seddiqi's 75th anniversary, marking a milestone for the luxury retailer.

The event will host over 20 brand launches and discussions with key opinion leaders. Highlights include a keynote session with Jean-Fr©d©ric Dufour of Rolex and Abdul Hamied Seddiqi, and a CEO Roundtable featuring influential leaders discussing the future of horology.

Additional activities include Arabic panel discussions, a live calligraphy session by Hazem Kurdali, and an exhibition by Alia Bent Sultan titled "Dubai Races Against Time." Established in 2015, Dubai Watch Week remains open to the public, fostering community and creative exchange.
