Ajman: The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has entered into an agreement with Thara Entrepreneurship Hub, supported by Ajman Chamber, to launch an Industry 4.0 Enablement Centre at Thara's headquarters in Ajman. This initiative marks a significant step towards fostering the integration of advanced technology within the industry.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was formalized during the 'Make it in the Emirates' event, with signatures from Fatma Essa Al Mheiri, Acting Director of the Technology Adoption and Development Department at MoIAT, and Marwan Hareb Al Ariani, Executive Director of the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship. The centre is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the adoption of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) solutions, promoting innovation, and driving industrial development in the UAE.
The establishment of this hub is in line with the UAE's vision of nurturing a sustainable, knowledge- and technology-driven economy. By supporting the integration of 4IR technologies, the centre aims to enhance the nation's industrial capabilities and contribute to its economic growth.
