Abu Dhabi: G42, the Abu Dhabi-based global technology group, and World Wide Technology (WWT), a prominent US systems integrator and technology solutions provider, have jointly launched Forge42, an artificial intelligence (AI) acceleration company. This launch marks a significant step forward for innovation within the region.

According to Emirates News Agency, the announcement was made at 'Make it in the Emirates', the UAE's premier manufacturing event, attended by Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology. Forge42 embodies the UAE's commitment to leading technological development and fostering international cooperation. It aims to be a hub for developing, testing, and scaling innovative AI solutions, providing essential tools and infrastructure to both local and international companies. This initiative targets key sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and finance, establishing the UAE as a global player in technological innovation.

Forge42, as a comprehensive AI accelerator, will facilitate the rapid prototyping, testing, and scaling of AI-driven capabilities.
