Dubai:H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, participated in a reception hosted by the Saudi Consulate General in Dubai to celebrate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's 96th National Day.
According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Ahmed was welcomed at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai by Dr. Meshal bin Ahmed Al Ghamdi, the Saudi Consul General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, alongside various ministers and senior officials.
During the event, Sheikh Ahmed conveyed his congratulations to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, expressing his wishes for the Kingdom's continued progress and prosperity. The event included the playing of the national anthems of both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, a welcome speech for Sheikh Ahmed, and the screening of an official video commemorating the occasion.
Sheikh Ahmed also participated in a commemorative photograph with the Saudi Consul General and other dignitaries.
