Riyadh Airports Company Secures Best Total Experience Award at CX Live Show Middle East 2024


Riyadh: Riyadh Airports Company has been honoured with the Best Total Experience award at the Customer Experience Live Show Middle East 2024 ceremony, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Best Total Experience award recognizes the comprehensive range of experiences provided at King Khalid International Airport, ensuring an integrated experience for users and a seamless journey for 31 million passengers served in 2023.

The award encompasses the customer experience for travellers and partners, the employee experience for company staff and airport personnel, as well as user and technological experiences encompassing aviation solutions and customer service channels.

CEO of Riyadh Airports Ayman Abdulaziz Aboabah emphasized that this accolade serves as a testament to King Khalid International Airport’s unwavering dedication to upholding the highest global standards in the field. ‘Jerusalem Electricity’ and the Electricians Union in Jericho and Al-Aghwar Governorate discuss common issues

Jericho – Ma’an – Research by the Director of the Jerusalem Governorate Electricity Company in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Eng. Magdy Harbawi, with the head of the Electricians Union in the governorate, Mohie Balo, discussed a number of issues of common interest.

The meeting, in the presence of the director of the company’s central collection department, Muhammad Sharaka, and his deputy, Hossam Hammad, discussed the challenges facing electricians in the governorate, studied their needs, and how to overcome obstacles and turn them into opportunities.

The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the company and the Electricians Union, with the aim of achieving the best service to society.

The Jerusalem Company continues its series of meetings with the union and community sectors to enhance the concept of partnership in line with the directives of the company’s general management, with the aim of raising the level of service provided to citizens at the level of all concession areas.

The strike takes place in Tulkarem in mourning for the martyrs of Deir Al-Ghusun

Tulkarm – Ma’an – A comprehensive strike took place today, Sunday, in Tulkarm Governorate, in mourning for the martyrs of the town of Deir Al-Ghusun, who yesterday rose to the occasion of the occupation’s aggression against the town.

The strike, called for by the national and Islamic forces in the governorate, included all aspects of life in the villages, towns, suburbs and camps of Tulkarm, where shops, public and private institutions closed their doors.

Yesterday, Saturday, five young men were martyred after large forces of the occupation army besieged the Badran family’s house in the eastern neighborhood of the town of Deir Al-Ghusoun for more than 13 continuous hours, during which heavy gunfire and ‘Energa’ shells were fired, followed by the complete demolition of the house with heavy bulldozers.

The General Authority for Civil Affairs informed the Ministry of Health of the names of four martyrs detained by the occupation forces: Tamer Raafat Abdel Rahman Faqha (21 years old), from the Shweika suburb,
Alaa Adeeb Abdel Jaber Shreiteh (45 years old), and Adnan Tayseer Kamel Samara (40 years old), who are from the suburb of Shweika. The city of Tulkarm, and Asal Bashir Tawfiq Badran (42) from Deir Al-Ghusun.

Meanwhile, ambulance crews recovered the body of a fifth martyr from under the rubble of the targeted house and transported him to the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital without knowing his identity until the moment, due to the severe mutilation of his body.

“ISLAMIC RESISTANCE” DIRECTLY TARGETS A BUILDING IN THE ENEMY’S SHTOLA SETTLEMENT IN RESPONSE TO MAYS AL-JABAL CRIME

The Islamic Resistance issued a communique this evening, indicating that in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in response to the horrific crime committed by the Israeli enemy in the town of Mays al-Jabal and the fall of martyrs and wounded civilians, the Resistance fighters targeted today a building in the enemy’s Shtola settlement with appropriate weapons, directly hitting it.
