DEWA’s Green Hydrogen Project Achieves Over 100 Tonnes of Output Since 2021 Launch

Dubai: Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has announced that DEWA’s Green Hydrogen project has produced more than 100 tonnes of green hydrogen since its launch in May 2021. Most of this was used to produce over 1.15 gigawatt hours (GWh) of clean electricity via a hydrogen gas engine, helping to abate more than 515 tonnes of carbon dioxide. Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil increased by nine cents on Monday, reaching US$71.33 per barrel (pb), compared to US$71.24 last Friday, as reported by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Tuesday.
