The General Mobilization Office and residents of the Kuwait neighborhood in al-Tahrir district of Capital Sana’a held a vibrant cultural evening to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth, may peace and blessings be upon him.
The event, which drew a significant turnout of local residents, dignitaries, and community leaders, was attended by Naji al-Shaiani, district director and Dr. Ahmed al-Khazan, Director of the Orphanage.
Dr. al-Khazan highlighted the importance of the celebration in reinforcing the community’s connection to the Prophet and their adherence to Islamic values and Quranic teachings.
Cultural activist Dr. Adel al-Mahdi emphasized the significance of following the Prophet’s example to achieve national pride and resilience.
He encouraged widespread participation in the commemorative activities and called for honorable representation in the major event scheduled for the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal.
The evening featured a variety of segments, including an operetta and a play, which re
flected the profound significance of the occasion.
The event underscored the community’s dedication to celebrating and upholding the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.
