Hurricane Oscar formed on Saturday off the coast of the Bahamas, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami, which described the storm as ‘tiny.’

The Bahamas government has issued a hurricane warning for the Turks and Caicos Islands and the southeastern Bahamas. Meanwhile, Cuba’s government has issued a hurricane watch for the provinces of Guantanamo, Holguin, and Las Tunas.
