Sana’a – Saba: The Judicial Inspectorate on Monday announced the start of holding court sessions and hearings at evenings.
In a circular to presidents and judges of courts of appeal and first instance, Judicial Inspectorate Chairman Judge Dr Marwan Al-Mahakri explained that working time in courts is divided into morning and evening shifts, where judges can hold sessions and hear cases in the morning or evening shifts, depending on their circumstances.
The Authority called on judges who wish to work and hold hearings in the evening to quickly inform the heads of appeals.
