Rescue teams in Wusab al-Safil district of Dhamar province have recovered two bodies from flood victims after two days of searching.
District director Foud al-Qudaimi reported that the bodies were found in valley paths extending 6-8 kilometers.
This brings the total number of recovered bodies to 30, with one person still missing.
Efforts are underway to reopen damaged roads and wells with support from military units of the Fourth Military Region, the Emergency Development Interventions Unit, and the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges.
Additionally, the Yemeni Red Crescent Society’s ambulance teams have transferred two injured individuals to al-Thawra Hospital in Hodeida, increasing the number of injured to ten, most with fractures.
