Israeli occupation forces have arrested 16 Palestinians from the West Bank, including a young girl and former detainees, on Monday.
According to a joint statement by the Palestinian Prisoners Authgority and the Palestinian Prisoners Society, the arrests were carried out in various locations, including Bethlehem, Hebron, Ramallah, Tubas, and Salfit.
The statement also reported that these raids were marked by “aggressive actions, including physical assaults, threats directed at detainees and their families, and extensive property damage.”
Since the beginning of Israel’s war of genocide against Gaza on October 7, Israeli forces have arrested over 10,800 Palestinians from the West Bank and Jerusalem.
In a related incident, Israeli bulldozers demolished a two-story home in Idhna, west of Hebron. The building, which measured 220 square meters and housed a family of seven, was completely destroyed, along with a nearby water well.
