The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, in collaboration with the Islamic Sheikhdom in the Republic of Kosovo, launched the second Sharia course for imams and khatibs in Pristina.
The two-day course, attended by nearly 100 sheiks from the Islamic Sheikhdom, featured a scientific symposium by Director of Electronic Dawah at the Ministry’s Agency for Dawah Affairs Mohammed Al-Shahri. The symposium discussed the imams’ and khatibs’ duties, the importance of acquiring Islamic knowledge from its sources, and the significance of following the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
The course highlights the Kingdom’s endeavor to spread correct religious knowledge, promote moderation, and emphasize Islam’s tolerance while rejecting extremism and fanaticism.
